How to Join
Entry into Xa’xel XII’relun is restricted to those who meet the following conditions:
- Demonstrated loyalty to both Grand Leader Anderson and Kaiser Kerr
- Above-average score in Psychological Stability Index (PSI‑12)
- No familial connections to foreign embassies or ministries
- Experience with silent observation, disinformation, or redaction preferred
