Avalon functions under a unique constitutional monarchy governed by a de facto dual military dictatorship. this regime is onder modern Argosism platform That can only be compared to Marxist-Leninist Trotskyism with monarchist traditions. The state is ruled jointly by:
- The Grand Leader (Prime Minister-equivalent)
- The King (President-equivalent and Monarch)
These two rulers serve as checks on each other’s power — each can veto the other's major proposals, particularly regarding war declarations, budget allocations, and national production quotas.

The Avalonic Constitution
Based on the 1918 Soviet Constitution, Avalon's Constitution guarantees civil rights like speech, assembly, and religion while enforcing economic and social obligations in line with state ideology. It defines the structure of the ministries, monarchy, parliament, and military forces — placing the military and ideological doctrine at the core of civic life.
The Grand Parliament of Avalon
Avalon maintains a Grand Parliament composed of two parts:
- National Assembly – Elected representatives from each administrative district of Avalon (total: 15 seats), every District contains a voted leading political party the party with the most votes holds the "Bolshevik" and the leader of that policical party becomes the General Secutary And is in control of grand parliament a vote from the general secutarty is required for a public policy ratification.
- Ministerial Cabinet – Composed of the Grand Leader, Kaiser the heads of the Four Ministries and the general Secutart. They wield actual legislative and executive power.

The Parliament meets in the Hall of the Opposition in Wraths Fortress. While ministries propose directives, the Assembly is allowed to vote in favor or opposition, providing a democratic appearance — but all decisions ultimately require the dual leaders’ joint approval.
Official Language
All government work is conducted in Newspeak — a constructed, minimalistic language designed to prevent thoughtcrime and ensure ideological clarity. Ministries, laws, and communication use this standardized dialect.

MINIWAR – Ministry of War
Directed by General Zachariah Ezra Anderson, this ministry controls Avalon’s vast military. Forces include:
- Avalonic Imperial Array (Army) – 6 reserve units
- Imperial Armada (Marines) – 2 reserve units
- Imperial Argosy (Navy) – 4 reserve units
- Imperial Airmen (Air Force) – 1 reserve unit
- Omega Troops – Classified
MINIDEF – Ministry of Defence
Operated by Mr. Aaron Millan Fernandez, MINIDEF serves as both the national police and Avalon’s diplomatic corps. Sub-branches include:
- Avalonian Police Force
- DEP AF (Department of Micronational Affairs)
MINIPLENTY – Ministry of Plenty
Directed by combat medic and entrepreneur Abigail Berabel, MINIPLENTY controls agriculture, trade, and economic development. Projects include:
- Citizen’s Market – 23 workers
- National Avalonian West Continental Trading Co.
- Plantations in the Dominican Republic (Colonial Expansion)
MINITRUE – Ministry of Truth
The shadow ministry. Though officially operated by Grand Leader Anderson, the true mechanisms of MINITRUE remain classified. It produces propaganda, broadcasts national media, and operates the XX secret police force.
Economy & Structure
Avalon operates under a “Citizens Market” system. While private enterprise exists under surveillance, the economy is planned via ministry quotas and military expeditions. Workers are assigned roles in agriculture, war production, and foreign acquisition efforts.
