System of Government
Avalon functions under a unique constitutional monarchy governed by a de facto dual military dictatorship. This regime is under a modern Argosist platform. The state is ruled jointly by:
- The Grand Leader (Prime Minister-equivalent)
- The King (President-equivalent and Monarch)
These two rulers serve as checks on each other’s power — each can veto the other's major proposals, particularly regarding war declarations, budget allocations, and national production quotas.

The Avalonic Constitution
Based on the 1918 Soviet Constitution, Avalon’s Constitution guarantees civil rights like speech, assembly, and religion while enforcing economic and social obligations in line with state ideology. It defines the structure of the ministries, monarchy, parliament, and military forces — placing the military and ideological doctrine at the core of civic life.
The Grand Parliament of Avalon
Avalon maintains a Grand Parliament composed of:
- National Assembly – Elected reps from 15 districts. The leading party in each district elects a General Secretary, who requires final vote approval for national policy.
- Ministerial Cabinet – Includes Grand Leader, Kaiser, four Ministers, and General Secretary. Holds true power.

Official Language
All official government work is done in Newspeak — a constructed minimalist language designed to prevent anti-government thought.

Run by Aaron Millan Fernandez. Responsible for national policing & diplomacy:

MINIPLENTY – Ministry of Plenty
Led by Abigail Berabel, MINIPLENTY manages agriculture, trade, and economics:
- Citizen’s Market (23 workers)
- Avalonian West Continental Trading Co.
- D.R. Colonial Plantations
MINITRUE – Ministry of Truth
Controlled by Grand Leader Anderson. Produces propaganda, broadcasts, and oversees the XX secret police.
Economy & Structure
The Avalonian economy uses the “Citizen’s Market” model: partially planned but militarized. Enterprises are directed by the ministries, and economic roles are militarized and expansionist.
